Everything we offer under grooming
Full Groom
Our most popular service. Includes a bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, brush out, haircut or breed-specific trim, nail clip, ear cleaning, and a spritz to finish. Your dog leaves looking sharp and feeling fresh. Available for all breeds and coat types.
Bath & Brush
A thorough bath, blow dry, and full brush out — perfect for short-haired breeds or dogs who just need a refresh between full grooms. Includes a nail clip and ear check as standard.
Nail Trimming
Safe, careful nail trimming for dogs of all sizes. Overgrown nails affect posture and comfort more than most owners realize. We keep it quick, calm, and stress-free — especially important for dogs who are nervous about having their paws handled.
Ear Cleaning
A gentle, thorough ear clean to remove buildup and reduce the risk of infection. Included in full grooms and available as a standalone service. Particularly important for floppy-eared breeds prone to moisture and debris buildup.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get my dog groomed?
It depends on the breed and coat type. Long-haired and curly-coated breeds typically need grooming every four to six weeks to prevent matting. Short-haired breeds can go every eight to twelve weeks. We’ll give you a recommendation based on your dog’s specific coat after their first visit.
My dog is nervous about grooming — can you still help?
Absolutely. Nervous and anxious dogs are something we deal with regularly. We go slowly, keep the environment calm, and never force anything. If your dog has had a bad grooming experience before please let us know upfront so we can take extra care from the start.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — we recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. Grooming appointments fill up quickly and we want to make sure we can give your dog the time and attention they need without rushing.
What if my dog’s coat is severely matted?
Severe matting can sometimes require the coat to be clipped shorter than planned — trying to brush through heavy mats is painful for the dog and we won’t do it. We’ll always discuss the options with you before we begin and get your approval on the plan.
How long does grooming take?
A bath and brush typically takes one to two hours. A full groom can take two to three hours depending on the breed, coat condition, and how cooperative your dog is feeling. We’ll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off.
